Since you're on the eastern shore : have you seen the wild ponies of Assateague and Chincoteague?

heck yeah! i've got some great pictures of them that i've taken, as well as i've climbed the assateague lighthouse. that was an experience.

The great thing about the eastern shore is that its just FULL of wildlife, every time i see a really interesting bird of some kind i always think."Man Miwa would LOVE this!"

*chuckles* still thinkin about ya man.

Rural areas have a different atmosphere, sure, and I miss it, sure, but I've never really noticed city people being noticeably ruder to me in the city.

True...but then again your not knocking on their doors asking them about religion either...or just wanting ot talk to them.

seems that that'll bring out the best or the worst in people sometimes...

Glad to hear all is well. We'll have to catch up on old times upon your great return. I do live close to baseline, but I'm really inbetween the 60 and baseline. The area is beautiful, lots of water and grass. The prices for the condos aren't bad (I'll tell you when you get out here), however they've been climbing in recent years which is cool. I dropped a couple thousand on upgrades and whatnot and I have all new real furniture coming into the place (very sexy). Right now I'm getting new tile throughout the place which is the bulk of the expenses. (not including the downpayment). We shall feast upon your arrival. Take care elder.

it is tough...especially going from a very highly populated city to a VERY small rural area, one that doesn't even have a walmart...oh walmart...i despised you...and now...now i miss your horribly crowded aisles and un-couth managers that were no help whatsoever!
