Had to go back and re-read Need You Around and Lost & Found... Just as good as the first time around! :D :D :D I have missed your scribblin', m'dear. I've always loved Through a Mirror too. All that good stuff. :D Now if I could resurrect my own writing braincells, that'd be cool too. They've been gone a long, long time. *headdesk*

Aww thanks! Yeah I haven't been around LJ too much; lurking at AO3 has been my favorite pastime these days. It's been hard getting back into SGA fics but I miss my boys! I've been tooling around with an SGA AU for years, but I'm getting closer to getting that posted. Fingers crossed! I've got a lot on the back burner... a Warehouse 13/Lost Room crossover; a Glades pre-series, and maybe resurrecting some other unfinished fics.

Denver finally got a Comic Con last year, and this year I've been helping out with behind the scenes stuff. I can't wait; it's gonna be awesome!

What can I, the reader do to encourage the finding of lost writing braincells? I could tell you how much your characterizations and characters add to world building. Could comment on how rereading an old story can bring a lift to the heart and a smile to the lips but a new story! O frabjous day, callo, callay. Could tell you how difficult it is to find general stories these days that have complexity of character and a plot. But probably just sum it all up and say you are missed.

Aw jeez! I know, I know... RL has been so very crazy lately. This year I decided to help out Denver Comic Con and lay out their Program Guide and volunteer for crowd control. Insanity. That, and other factors have sucked away my time for writing, but have gotten the bug again recently. I need to tear myself away from all the anime ;)

I feel your pain with the Gen fics; so. much. slash. And poorly written fics across the board. I've taken to re-reading my favorite authors too. Sadly, I haven't been able to re-watch some episodes of SGA; it kinda hurts! But I miss the 'Gate, so I'm gonna suck it up and watch a few so i can finish this story...

I have a fic that's very close to being finished; it's kinda short, but it's Gen! lol I'll try to finish a couple of these shorter back burner fics to slowly get over the block.
