Yeah, it's really sad to see the poverty. We're all really lucky with the stuff we have back home.

my god reena that is one crazy vacation! are you documenting all this with pictures and stuff? i don't know if i could handle seeing all that. seriously, you should do something to spread the word and get people to donate money or something. maybe i just live under a rock, but i didn't know parts of india were still like that.

It's seriously insane. Oh and you totally don't live under a rock, it's just really hard to imagine how other places are if you don't see it for yourself! I would really like to put together some kind of thing to donate money/stuff.

My grandparents started a school a really long time ago in a slum/tiny village area for underpriveledged children and my uncle and aunt look after it now and I think they could always use stuff. I should ask them more about it!

Oh yeah! And I try to take pictures of stuff, but I coudln't yesterday because I felt like it may not have been appropriate plus the people were ultra conservative.

I tried to find the red light district last night. I saw this documentary about it and I guess the main drag is like this street with all the hookers behind "cages" or doors with bars all hanging out of them and stuff, but we coudln't find the damn street! People didn't know what to say when my dad was asking for directions! How exactly do you say "Hey, where's that street where you go to pay for sex???"

I can't wait to cooomee!@~ I got your email that you sent a little while ago to send my dates to Lalo, but hotmail is SO unreliable here. Half the time I write a long ass e-mail and then hotmail goes crazy and I loose it, but I'll do it when I get back home!!!
