A memory tickling social gathering

Last night was really enjoyable. Seeing people I haven't seen for ages felt good. It was nice to catch up. It makes me think that maybe I should go out like that more, but I think if I made it a regular thing, it would lose its charm.

yeah i learned this summer that a party EVERY weekend sucks.
i mean its fun, but you can really only "catch up" or make small talk
so much. i find that the best thing is just hanging out with your friends and when a party occurs, then go to it, but not every single party ever.
