Haha, yeah! Thanks so much. I'm feeling better now... it was just an intense experience to say the least. One of my coworkers said that if I ever see him, I should just stare at him and think really hard, "Heart attack. Heart attack. Heart attack..." That at least made me laugh.

Aww Coreen! I totally know what you mean and I'm quite sure I would've burst into tears too. Something similar to this happened to me at Command Pawformance a few years ago, woman made an appointment and someone filled it basically she yelled at me for running a horrible unprofessional business and I burst into tears afterwards too.

The worst thing - not being able to say anything back to the wretched ass holes.

It's so true! When he said that thing about not having a "real" job i wanted to say, "And what do you do? Sit at home and contemplate how to make Apple employees cry? That's a real job?" But I couldn't. Thanks for the well wishing, things are already getting better! Thank goodness I have a few days off now.
