hiking!
We went hiking to Barney lake today. It's a 4 mile hike and a total climb of about 1400 feet. It was a fun hike, though I did end up straining my Achilles tendon, because the back of my foot a couple inches above my heel hurts when I push off (ie: when I put weight on my toes, like when stepping forward or standing on tip-toe) it only hurts when ( Read more... ) -
