tutu tutorial?

Hi there, does anyone have any tips or hints on how to make a tutu? I'm making one for a party in a couple of weeks and I want it to be really really puffy and I'm not quite sure how to achieve this and if anyone has any tutorials they could point me too that would also be great, thanks!

It's a tutorial on how to sew a classical ballet tutu where the netting is sewn onto a nylon panty. But you could adapt it for your purposes.
