[Today was that day once more. Frederic knew it in his heart that this day would come again, however part of him wish it didn't. Sitting at his newly moved piano in his own music room at the new apartment, he begins playing Mozart's Piano Sonata No.8 K.310 in A minor Movement No. 2 concentrating and becoming lost in his own world that is the piano ( Read more... )

[Saleh pauses as he listens to the pieces. He almost comments on it, but refrains from doing so. Instead, he continues to listen, taking it in with his Valega. He closes his eyes, just focusing on the music, feeling the soothing of his soul.]

[The composer continues playing until he takes a break for a moment with more soft sighing.]

[He pauses to listen for any more pieces, but when he hears the sigh, he concludes that the composer has finished.]

[Now, Norma's not one to really listen to anything classy for longer than a few minutes, it's just not her usual style, but she's been feeling pretty down lately. So, as she's in her room and practicing reading over some Relares (she can't get rusty here!), her open journal catches the music, and her pen comes to a slow halt. She listens, and it actually looks as if she's going to close her journal, but...

But no, she pulls her journal closer, and listens up until the end. Norma even closes her eyes, leans her head back against the headboard of her bed, and a little smile spreads on her face. Only after the songs are finished does she speak.]

Those're really pretty.

[Hearing the girl's voice, Frederic can't help but smile if only a little. He's glad to hear someone enjoyed it.]

Thank you miss.

[Norma hums a little in response to the thanks. She's tempted to ask why the music sounds so...so sad, kind of, but that's none of her business. Plus, she knows she herself wouldn't want to talk about it, so this time she'll keep her mouth shut.]

You must've been practicing for a really long time, huh? I don't really like that kinda music, but yours was really good.

[He ponders for a moment then answers her.]

I've been playing since I was a young boy.

[Ginia is up checking the news of the day when she hears piano music begin to play over the journal. She listens, losing herself in the music as she often does. Only when there's a break between songs does she say anything.]

Beautiful. Thank you.

[Frederic sees Ginia's writing in the journal and smiles gently when she listens to him.]

Thank you for listening, Miss Ginia.

[Giles doesn't dare chime in until Frederic pauses Mazurka No. 25.]

...you know, you ought to sing out loud more often.

[Frederic softly laughs at Giles' comment.]

What would people think of the great Chopin singing?

I'm not at all certain, actually. But, well, it could be something new. And you don't have a bad voice.

I've been practicing for a few months now, I would hope my voice sounds at least fairly pleasant to the ears.

[Man, Pommy doesn't even bother to wait until there's a pause between songs. As soon as he listens to a couple of measures being played, he chimes in:]

Myu, that's so nice! Frederic is really good at this!

[Frederic feels a bit touched by Pommy's kind words with a smile.]

Thank you Pommy, that is very kind of you to say.
