My Slayers baby, Amelia! Much as I love Gourry and Liuna and actually everyone in slayers, I always felt more identified with Amelia, since i used to be quite like her when I was much younger. So, I love the poor girl, and I'm very sad upon seeing that people bash her so much.

MASSIVE applause for your portrayal of Amelia. It's nice to know you used to hate her but changed her tune.

And I KNEW that Nahga and Amelia were sisters. I just KNEW it. ^^

The hate didn't last for very long - two episodes, maximumn. The anime really didn't do a very good job in introducing Amelia. They really made her come off very much like a brat. But that changes pretty quickly.

Her introduction in the novels is so much better. She's the same Amelia, but definitely has a lot more of the maturity that you see later on in the anime. I think the stigma that attaches itself to Amelia is that some folks can't get past Amelia's initial appearance in the anime.

Isn't it weird about Naga? Can you just imagine Lina's reaction when she finds out? She's going to go completely insane. :D
