yes. i mean it's beyond any fathoming. 20+ years! 20 years imprisoning human beings. your own family. your daughter just about to start an adult life. to say i can't wrap my mind around it means so little, is such an inadequate cliche, but that's just how it feels. how does a human, social mind process something like that?
