☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Rosa Farrell / Put simply a childhood friend and the love of his life. The desire to keep her out of danger has caused arguments in the past, but remains even after the journey to the moon. Now though, he respects her opinion more and would not force her aside (against her will) in any circumstance.
☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Kain Highwind / Adoptive brother, childhood friend, comrade-in-arms, sparring partner... and very much missed. He forgives Kain entirely for any past betrayal, concious thought or not. Respects, trusts and confides in Kain more than any other.

Despite her adult form he cannot see her as anything but a child which may result in problems further down the line from his tendency to be over-protective. Owes her his life.

Is indefinitely grateful for the Edge's assistance in past battles. Feels that he can speak to Edge without fear of being judged for possible weakness.
☆ ☆ ☆ Peorth / Respected and somewhat feared Goddess. Cecil knows she is different from Cosmos and is aware of her slight temper though he feels that she is a good person. After more meetings with her, he considers her a friend and has extended trust out to her.
