am i sleeping tinight? probably not. if i do get some sleep most likely i will have more nightmares. i am just watching movie after movie. maybe drugs would do me good. get me so pumped that i will crashh and finally just sleep. i told my mom about my self inflicted injuries today. told her i feel fine now. my psychologist is really helping
