refrain_subs is re-opening the membership! please do follow our simple rules. remember: this team is created to share arashi/news and other je-related stuffs and goodies, and i want this comm to be a better place where arashi fans gather around the globe. and yeah, be a good and nice arashi fangirl ne?

We just have three very simple rules:
☆ No re-uploading; this means to streaming sites, outside this community, so on
☆ For personal viewing only; don't sell for your profit, etc
☆ Don't steal our translations!
