[mod] Refrain Team, Urgent: Need of Translators

We, the refrain_subs  team is urgently in need of TRANSLATORS from (japanese to english). Regular and Guest Translator is always welcome, because we have a lot of pending projects that haven't been worked because we are lacking of translators.

Primary Requirements:
- Should be an Arashi fan.
- Begginer Level of Japanese or Intermediate. (with or without

I've only done an official translation for a VSA episode once, I'd like to contribute a bit more to the comms. :)
