I need to find a new place to live by the 22 of june, if anyone know of any share houses that are looking for an extra person let me know.

also, anyone know of any good and cheap places for apartments? hawthorn seems pretty cheap but is it hard to get to the city from there?

all the apartments I've seen are near victoria street, so I don't think transport would be a problem.

I'm looking for a housemate from the 13th of June onwards. We've got a small room uh.. 2.8m x 2.7m with a built in wardrobe. Or possibly looking for someone to take the master which is over 4mx4m I can't remember the dimensions. But they are $90 and $110 ish respectively. House is in Pascoe Vale South, right near the end of the 55 Tram Line.

that would be very suitable actually, the smaller room pretty much the same size as the one I'm living in anyway.

I think I'm pretty easy to live with, I pay bills/rent as soon as I get paid, I clean my dishes as soon as I'm done, I spend most of my time in my room noodling on the guitar, I play music 24/7 but not loud (except for when I need to clean my room)

as far as money is concerned I can pay some money on the afternoon of thursday the 12th (up to $200, because I need to pay the last bit of rent from here ($450) first) and then on the 28th I will be getting another $1,100, of which $900 could easily be thrown in any direction.

I have an internet account with optus (much to my regret) which I'm not sure what I'll do with, I'm on a contract so I can't just disconnect it, but I'll sort that one out myself later.

would there be a good time for me to come up and have a look? I finish work at 5:21 every afternoon, or I could come on a weekend.

As much info as I want to write and explain, it would be easier to discuss. We're organising a night (Tues/Wed) potentially to meet up for dinner and discuss room arrangements and also rent dues. In regards to checking it out - you could do that tonight really, or whichever night I don't do dinner with the other new roomies for discussion.
