i never work mondays and of course this one i got asked to.

sometimes i feel like my life is pointless. what are we really doing to improve? are we improving for society standards? to be something else that we are not already?

do we just believe its wrong to be content just bc they push the idea of their "success" from kindergarden to 12th grade? what are your views on this stand point?

[i know this has nothing to do with your entry but i thought i would ask your advice]

sorry it took so long to write back but it was weird you asked that a few days after a friend of mine were discussing very similiar topics (mainly on the idea of "bettering" and all that) so i had to think about it a bit before giving you a 12 page answer on a lj comment..

i think you just need to be. be yourself. and there will never be a better or worse, only you. then its ok.

if you want to hear the awesome version of that madonna album... you should pick up anything by goldfrapp (considering madonna's new album is a total rip off of them).

not to bring you down on madonna's new album or anything, as it's all right, but it's only a nice imitation of the real thing < insert allison goldfrapp here >.

yeah, goldfrapp is pretty good, and madonna probably tried to rip that off, but damn, hung up IS really fucking good.

ive been listening to goldfrapp for a few years now and i dont really see it too much. her album sounds more europop to me than goldfrapp but i love it, i dont really care.

some of its just weird, like straight up dance but.. madonna gets away with a lot of shit, what can i say?
