Wrote almost 9K of fic today and sent it off to zee beta. So. That happened.

I have no idea how it will be approached in fandom. Which give me anxiety and hey going to bed feeling like crap! That's fun.

I wanted to congratulate on your own posting of fic! I shall have to give it a read since Tony/Steve is my favorite.

If it's any consolation, I feel that way about every fic I write... which probably isn't all that comforting to you except to say that you should write what your muse requires and let fandom react as they may.

That's a good perspective to have. Probably because I felt unease with some of the subject matter I was dealing with (I don't think I've ever really written anything dark for Glee), it was causing me to be nervous about the reaction to the story. It was a story that demanded to be written and it was an interesting challenge; I really enjoyed writing Kurt's POV in the alternate universe I drafted.
