JK Rowling wishes she were as good a writer as you.

My tendency to compound adjectives and strain clauses drove me into rarified territory: Shakespeare, James Joyce, Ian Fleming (for personal journal entries). Does this thing EVEN KNOW that I am giving it blocks of text about huge hard erections pounding tender buttholes?

Aw, that's cute, and no of course it doesn't. I put in huge incestuous, voyeuristic pornography, with "Yes father!" exclamations in it. Trust me, it has no idea.

I write like Stephen King, it said... I have no idea what the variables are.

But I think it's kind of weird that you got JK. Besides the material perhaps. o0

Aahaha I posted it specifically because it was so o.o but actually my mother - at least - told me frequently that I write like her.

Which I'll secretly admit is disturbing if only because of how hard it was for her to get work orz

This meme isn't very accurate in my mind. Some girls on my flist and I put the authors work in, and it didn't come up as them. And the same work, different paragraphs came up as completely different writings styles with my own. It's fun... But not something I'd put a lot of stock into.

Haa I wasn't putting any stock in it. It's still just a meme, and to be perfectly fair I'm sure most authors vary on their readability index (I assume that's what it's done by) between one paragraph and the next. It's just a bit of fun, like any meme.
