I am a victim if such severe cramps I can barely move. The pain is so bad I have had two surgeries which works for a while. It's bad today, stomach, back, down the legs... Heavy meds. barely help. One of my readers was worried that that anti-anxiety med I took for two days made me over-energized. I have had no problems sleeping or any of the other signs of too much brain activity.
