Lotus in an hourglass→ Seemingly his only really personal object. It's a pink lotus flower sitting in the top half of an ordinary looking hourglass, which three petals having fallen off to the bottom. It seems to serve as a memento of his promise, as he vowed to take That Person to a blooming lotus field "before the last petal falls".
Hallucinations
Lotus flowers→ A mass of them everywhere he looks, all blooming and alive. None of the fake lotuses seem to ever be attached to a stem, but there are some lilypads.
That person→ A wispy, difficult to make out projection of the woman from his memories. Can speak, and even interact with Kanda on a limited level.

First Illusion (Hell's Insects/Kaichuu Ichigen)→ He swings his blade in an arc, and out comes a swarm of small, disgusting creatures to devour his opponent.
Second Illusion (Double Illusion Blade/Ningentou)→ Kanda created a second blade identical to Mugen to dual wield. There's a visible glow around them which connects the blades, but it doesn't appear to cause any hinder in his use.
→ Hakka Tourou/Eight Flowers Praying Mantis→ In this move, he slashes the enemy consecutively eight times with his blades, creating a flower like pattern.
Third Illusion(Sangenshiki)→ At the sacrifice of using some of his life span and slowing down his healing, Kanda's speed and strength are increased to an incredible degree.
→ Shouka/Subliminate→ This ability is tied to his Second Exorcist nature. It's necessary to unlock the Third Illusion. when in use, his pupils change to three dots and veins become visible around his eyes.
→ Bakuhakuzan/Explosive Spirit Slash→ When used, he can slash at his opponent to create small explosions where he hits.
→ Consume→ Presumably he needs the Third Illusion activated to use it, but it allows him to pull the broken pieces of his sword together into a still usable form.
Fourth Illusion(???)→ Speed and strength further increased at the cost of his life. Pupils become four dots.
Fifth Illusion(???)→ Even further increased strength and speed at the cost of more of his life. Hair turns super saiyan wild and purple, and Mugen regrows the wings from its unrefined for.
→ ???/Ripping Flash Claw→ Releases sharp energy beams.
Sanskrit Om symbol→ Tattoo in his chest connected to the orb in the middle of the left side of his chest and controls his regeneration. This ability costs him part of his life, and Kanda will die when it runs out. This ability allows him to regrow any physical injury, and is implied to be able to restart his body even in situations of asphyxiation.
Kanda's aritificial body also has strength and speed that goes beyond natural human capabilities.
