{Headcanon Points}
1→ Can't swim. A combination of traumatizing first experience + drowning + never really needing it in his missions turned him off ever trying. He avoids particularly deep and cold water.
2→ Out of the the 16 Myer-Briggs personality types, I've pegged him as an ISTJ. Just. Not the most mentally healthy example.
3→ Kanda, despite his ethnicity being considered Japanese, can't actually speak the language and knows very little to nothing about the culture.
4→ He can speak a multitude of languages to the conversational bones of them due to his travels, and when finders couldn't be used to translate. He's very good at Chinese verbally, however.
5→ Kanda's an awful liar, so he usually just tries to avoid the question completely. The exception is usually whenever he's trying to deny something.
6→ His type is cute, cheerful, feminine girls. Just look at Alma.
7→ Sometimes he tries to talk to or interact with his hallucinations/dreams, particularly those with Ghost Lady. It never really works.
8→ Has massive issue with resurrection/resurrection-like situations. Lots of stigma from his own situation, and he views it at very unnatural.
9→ Feels uncomfortable being out of uniform when he's not in the Order, because the only time he leaves is for missions when he needs it.
10→ After Alma and Lenalee's suicidal tendencies/attempts on their own life, Kanda's got issues with self-harm. He'd much rather let his job/his recklessness do him in or just suffer through living before he ever tried to kill himself.
11→ He's very sturdy against the cold due to his time underground/his body. But he doesn't particularly like being cold, so he'll still dress appropriately.
12→ He learned how to make soba from Jerry, since he first showed him it and Zhu was in another part of the world. He won't elaborate on his kitchen adventures, though, and he still prefers Jerry's over his own.
13→ He ate a piece of Lenalee's chocolate cake once to see why she loved it so much. He was nauseous for hours and decided to never eat anything sweet again.
14→ Part of the reason he keeps it long is spite towards everyone who keeps telling him he should cut it to look less girly. The other part is that he genuinely likes having it that long and they'd probably call him girly anyway.
15→ Along with that, he was never more glad for a day than when puberty hit. He would take every bit of masculinity he could get.
16→ His skills in the 4 core subjects rank as follows from best to worst: writing, reading, mathematics, science. The latter two are much, much lower than the former two.

20→ The Order didn't alwasy cremate all their dead--they used to preserve the Exorcists in case they might find some use for them, since they're the bodies of compatible users. This would allow for the 10 year gap before the Second Exorcist Project, while still having their bodies around.
21→ Seconds are, aside from the brain, made entirely of non-human materials. Pseudo-scientific alchemy and sorcery are used to transform the materials into flesh/bone/organs/etc to make the human body--but despite how lifelike it appears it is actually synthetic. This is at least partially linked to their regeneration. At it gets to wearing out the body starts to at least partially revert to the original materials it's made of.
