Real good counter plan, dumb ass. If you actually could think or desired to use your brain, you could perhaps think of other ideas that could contribute to the quality of health care in your country, I'm sure the President would be willing to listen to an actual plan. Keep your brain relaxed and just live off people with lives for the rest of your pitiful one.
