ok, so my workouts are only going to be Tuesday and Thursday now...so I'm looking for someone to train, train w/, work out w/ ...whatever. I'm looking for anyone at any physical level thats willing to push me and let me push them to the limits- interested? I don't care who you are or how well I know you... leave a post.

Yeah, I used to go 8 miles a day down by the Concho River. You start at like City Lumber, and then it ends right when you get to Bell st. It's 4 miles one way, so both is 8. It's the entire river walk, plus some cut offs here and there to get back to the sidewalk. I enjoy it a lot, but I haven't been back there in a long time. I'd love for you and anyone else to go with me and if you don't like it, certainly do something else. I'd love to run, but my knees are terrible and the pain just isn't worth it. Think about it and give me a call @ 364-6533.

Dani, sorry i didnt get back to you, I got your message, and I just realized the only time I've got for the holidays is Dec. 9-20th! If anything changes, i'll definitely let you know!
