Ignorance

Is ignorance bliss, your new best friend or simply denial?

Is it so difficult to accept a friend request from a friend who was once your girlfriend (that you dumped thru a text message and never picked up any calls)? [WOW! Better than Joe Jonas who has a record of 28-second phonecall breakup!] Okay, maybe I am still rather sore about what happened before. But I have already moved on! Has he?

I took initiative by requesting to be his friend on Facebook and by the 4rd time, there was still no sign of acceptance. Good God, didn't your church teach you remorsefulness, repentance or forgiveness? Hey there, I should be the one forgiving and I already did. You must be feeling guilty or whatever by asking your friends to gang up on me a few years back to make that year of my life miserable, but hey, I'm already talking to one of them. The other is still hiding and so are you.

What a jerk.

You know what? I'm not gonna take the initiative to request to be your friend on Facebook nor when we meet again in the future anymore; you are not worth deserving my friendship and my respect. Maybe God just happened to write your name by accident to allow you into my life a few years back, made me go woozy and let me slam right back into reality. Maybe God intended that such person should never be allowed in my social circle, my life, anymore. Maybe you would be ridden with guilt until your marriage for what you wreaked.

What you left is a sore wound that stings whenever you're mentioned.

So tell me now, is the girls or the guys that aren't forgiving after a relationship?

thoughts, heartfelts
