i read today in jeremiah about Judah and how they turned from God and turned towards idols and their own selfish desires and basically forgot God who had taken care of them and blessed them with more than they could ask for. then God sent plagues and drought and crazy stuff on them and it made me think of my own life and how in so many ways i deny
