Amaretto Stinger: 1 1/2 oz amaretto, 3/4 oz creme de menthe; shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Very freaking good! Two thumbs way up! (Caitlin likes it too.)

ANYTHING with Amaretto is good. Especially if you use Disaronno! :-)

Feeling poor, we went with a slightly cheaper brand. Not quite the bottom shelf stuff, but a decent mid-range sort of thing.
