My first Sims story.

Colin Young
Traits: Exciteable, Daredevil, Heavy Sleeper
Favorite Music: Indie
Favorite Food: Grilled Cheese
Favorite Color: Orange
Colin's a hyperactive whirlwind of a lad. A man of extremes, as some might say: When Tyler sleeps, oh you better believe he sleeps, and when he is awake... well, you get the idea. He digs playing video games whenever he can. He's desperate to have more free time, but he always has homework and it really stresses him out.
Okay, so he's not great at school. But how much can you really ask from a kid in middle school, really? Colin was so frustrated with his work, that he couldn't find a decent place to sit down, and simply could not do his work. So instead, he went to the park down the street. A really scary fat dude showed up and stared at him in between Simlish and SimEarth Geography work; it was quite scary, and censors refuse us to show you any images. Oh well, at least Colin has family, right?
Colin has a younger brother and sister, fraternal twins, named Tyler and Erika respectively. They're a hassle, and cry all the time, but luckily, Colin sleeps like a log and never notices. Doesn't stop the kids from scattering rockets and their stuffed bear Kenya all across the floor and confusing the maid. Colin's parents are Cody and Rose Young. Cody is a traffic cop that patrols around the neighbourhood, while Rose mostly stays home with the kids (except when she gets stir crazy, when she frequents to expensive restaurant at the town centre... She loves her food, what can we say?) Colin's parents are really... well... Maybe it's better if you didn't ask. Colin doesn't understand either.

Krystal Bailey
Traits: Bookworm, Virtuoso, Ambitious
Favorite Music: Pop
Favorite Food: Grilled Salmon
Favorite Color: Lilac
Krystal is Colin's best friend. They've known each other since the first day of middle school, when Krystal asked to go over to Colin's house. They got to know each other real fast, and they've been friends ever since. Okay, Krystal isn't exactly like the other girls. She really likes going to school, and doing her homework; she's been dying to get on the honour roll for days! Alas, it's not time yet. Colin was lucky enough to visit Krystal at their new house on the other side of town, right next to the beach!
Okay, Krystal's family might seem a bit weird. But they're actually fairly normal. At least that's what Krystal says. Her family is much more fast paced though. Krystal's mom is a business lady, working at the firm in town. Her job involves lots of paperwork, but an equal amount of coffee as well. As such, Krystal's mom ends up running everywhere. At the end of the day though, Krystal and her mom always end up watching the cooking shows on TV.
Krystal's dad is an athlete for the regional team, the llamas. He's always jogging around town, which is strange, because he bought a brand new maroon sedan, and never ends up driving anywhere. He even jogs all the way to the stadium for his team's practice! Krystal's dad was taking a nap earlier, and went out for a jog when he realize he had to go to work today! Oh dang, he had to book it! He finally got to the stadium...
...Only to realize that he did have work today, but not until 3:00. WOOPS! Oh well, that leaves time to jog back home! Told you how odd Krystal's family is. When she's not busy with her homework, she just tends to read books all evening. She's hoping to get through three books in a day soon! Oh, but of course, she can't wait til Colin is done with his homework, so he can come over and hang out with her. Krystal doesn't like to tell... but she kind of likes Colin... just a little! Oh well, they're probably too young to date anyway. But at least they're best friends now! They have so many inside jokes, it's hilarious.
Colin has the best life ever! His brother and daughter are growing up so fast! They've been potty trained, so they're not always walking around with dirty diapers. They've even learned to talk, and I'm pretty sure Erika is dreaming of being the next big pop music sensation, because she's always banging away on the xylophone. Oh man, a great - albeit weird - family, plenty of games that are begging to be played, and a best friend to play them with. Life can't get much better. It'll be even better when Colin grows up into a teenager... not that he's in any rush!
TO BE CONTINUED!
