Brief Manifest update.

Manifest sucked supremely. It was very poorly organised, and this pisses me off, because I know how much work pulling off a good con takes. If you're not going to do the hard yards, why the hell bother?

Though, it was really cool seeing Zadie, Tahlya, the Hayase gang and other random people, and was a shame I didn't see Erin.

*puts up hand* Uh...yeah, I'll definitely agree with that. I was only there for one day, so I can't speak for Sunday (although from what I hear it was far, far worse), but in my opinion, it was a bleeding debacle. I was really disappointed in just about all areas, and the organising committee just weren't even interested in making it better for people, but instead came across as obnoxious nazis who couldn't bear to listen to another opinion. I was under the impression that Manifest was actually the best con...boy was I wrong. A total waste of 16 hours of travelling pain, apart from the fact that I got to see a few people I knew (like yourself :P). Grr...maddening.

Golly everyone is saying that it was less then impressive and over crowded and they had to turn people away etc etc. Makes me appreciate the fact that I decided to skip it this year o.O
