1. So I finally updated my alarm clock app and they're running a beta version of a sleep tracker. In completely un-shocking news, I am a horrible sleeper. For instance, last night, on a scale of 1-100, I received a whopping 27. And out of the nine and a half hours of sleep I got (man, I love medication), only 20 minutes of that was REM sleep. How
