Beauty meme of sorts snagged from viva_colleen, which I modified slightly. Other than anime/manga/j-pop, I'm also a beauty products junkie XD I meant to complete this a while ago...but...(>.<). Ah well, they didn't call me Slacker Queen in uni for nothing XD
Skincare
Cleanser: HABA powder wash. I love this - it's not too expensive and my face feels nice and clean but NOT tight or dry. Plus it works as a exfoliator/mask too.
Exfoliator/Mask: Aloe vera exfoliator from the Body Shop and i)clay ii)moisturising masks from Shiseido
Toner/Treatment/Moisturiser: Shiseido. Definitely pricey, but this has worked the best for me so far. I also adore SK-II's facial essence as I really saw results with it, but the price, gyaaah..! Definitely not something I can sustain in the long run (;.;). They even have an installment plan for customers who spend over a certain amount!
I tried the infamous La Mer Face Creme a couple of years ago and I'll just say that I can't see anyone else using this here except ladies with super-dry or mature skin :P The humid weather and my combination skin wreaked havoc! It ended up as luxurious hand cream :(
Lips: L'Occitane's pure shea butter. Love it! Can be used on dry patches on the elbow, heels, etc.
Sunblock: A must-have. Currently using Chanel's which was generously sponsored by mum :P
Make-up
I don't use: Foundation/powder, concealer, pressed/loose powder, eyeliner, lipliner or mascara
I hardly use: Blush, eyeshadow. But when I do, I use a light pink cream blush from Shu Uemura which is idiot-proof (a must for me) and some Stila eyeshadow that my bro got me as a birthday pressie. I also have some Shiseido P.N. eyeshadow which were x-mas presents from my best pal, but seeing as she got them from their warehouse sale, I don't think I'll be using them much longer :P
Lip/gloss/stick: My biggest indulgence since I hardly use anything else. I like lip gloss/liquid lipstick better because application is almost always idiot-proof and a mirror is unnecessary...most of the time XD Currently using glosses by Chanel and Kate (Kanebo's pharmacy brand)
Haircare
Shampoo: Rotating between Shiseido's Tsubaki shampoo (yes, the one with the SMAP ad song!) which I got from Singapore, TREsemme and Head & Shoulders
Conditioner: TREsemme
Styling products: None, except the occasional wax/serum to stop it from frizzing. Not that I really bother :P
Appearance
Favorite Shoes?: Toss-up between Birkenstocks and Havaiana slippers. Stopping work has been a boon to my feet since it's a pain to find comfortable work shoes that fit :P
Pants?: Jeans and cargos (mostly from Esprit & Giordano).
How much do you spend on your hair cuts?: Hair cuts are RM79 (about USD24). My current hairstylist is Japanese, and she's so fun to talk to :D She doesn't speak English well, but we get by. I discovered we have a mutual love of one Akanishi Jin XD Sadly, I don't see her much since I go maybe once every 3-4 months.
Nails: I have to admit I do absolutely nothing to my nails since housework/cooking ruins whatever manicure there is ;P My right toes are grotty to boot, as I banged my foot hard against a cupboard some years ago and the second to fifth toes never fully recovered D:

Sleep got all messed up last night so I was wide awake at 4am in the morning D: Didn't feel like surfing, so the next best thing? Loaded up the ipod and played The Sims 2 on the GBA XD. Played till 7.30am :D Only problem now is sleep is starting to catch up...zzzzz....
Finally, dear FIL, remember when you guaranteed that accupuncture was painless? So. Not. True D: Itai!!!
PS: Bakanishi, I take back what I said about you getting hotter. Your new hair colour...doesn't look right somehow D:
