I have a severe sprain in my right foot, so I'll be on crutches for at least a few days. I also have an ACE bandage. I'm on Motrin 800 mg and Ultram, rotating. Uh...yeah, on drugs so not sleeping.

I'm a mess right now. I'm cycling through decisions as well as emotions. I dread that one day I'll end up like my aunt. I have no words for it - it's like this thing in your chest that swirls your emotions.
