Understand that feeling, hate the feeling in myself, but completely understand it.

The only thing to do, and I do have experience, is to do.

I will suggest taking 1000 mg vitamin D. Dr. Kelley suggested it and it is something that acually helped with my mood. It is also good for your bones.

I had stopped taking it a while back; ran out or something months ago. A few weeks ago I was having the same problem with not wanting to leave the house; almost crying when I had to go. I love my job but I just wanted to hibernate.

I started back on the Vitamin D and I am doing much better.

They say it really helps with the seasonal effects. So you don't really need it May-October which is when I quit taking it. But come October/November I really started notice a difference.

Venture out? What's that? That's part of the reason I loved being in school so much. Because it forced me to get out and interact with other adults. Only so many social needs that a 4, 3, and 2 year old can fill.

And we can challenge each other to writing, if you want. I need to do it more too.
