TEN-CHAN IS ... god. Robert can't hate Ten-chan because he's not actively getting involved with anything. He's just there. And zen. And had a point. So it's like ... Robert doesn't hate Ten-chan? Not by any means! But he doesn't necessarily like him either. It's very neutral, with a "well this guy has had a point in the past" overtone - if Ten-chan brought something up or gave advice or whatever, Robert would actually listen to him.

I still think that someday, Sora and Robert should meet, just to see how long it'd take Robert's head to explode. :(

SEE. I THINK THAT ROBERT HATES JESII TYPES HALF THE TIME. And then this past week, a jesus-type went from being someone he really disliked to one of his closer friends, so uh. I really have no idea how that would work out with Robert and Sora. He'd probably snipe quite a bit! It is his way. Although with the Rhode stuff ... well. Robert haet Rhode. And has been looking into ways to kill her. SO IF YOU NEED HELP THERE. HE IS YOUR MAN. Although he's not allowed to kill people. :(

As for Hakuren! It's mostly the same? Robert still has respect for him, and it's carried over to Devit so he won't, well, openly antagonize the Noah. THIS IS A BIG DEAL haet noahs!!1` He still thinks Hakuren is Kind Of Dumb for being closely involved with them (olol), but hey, his choice, whatever. They don't talk as much, so the trust level is ... mid-way? Robert would tell him some things, but he still keeps his cards close to his chest and will continue to do so, particularly since Hakuren is involved with a Noah.

Okay, it. Peter is both what Robert loves and hates in a person. He hates people that are persistent and poke at him and get him to admit things - which he does! But he likes people who are interesting, stubborn to some extent, and people he can banter with and generally, well, kind of abuse. Robert's a terrible person like that, but ... the more abuse you can take (AND POSSIBLY GIVE BACK), the more he likes you.

Peter bothered him to some extent the first time because: 1) he wanted to ~help~ and 2) he treated Robert like a child. 2 is a point he doesn't really care about. He finds this hilarious when people do it and exploits it! 8D (SEE HIS THREAD WITH ANDO. IN THAT SAME POST. I FUCKING LOVE ANDO.) He grew on him because he was interesting! SO OKAY. I'VE SAID THIS BEFORE, BUT PETER IS EXTREMELY SIMPLE. He wants to help! He wants you to be okay! HE WANTS TO SAVE THE WORLD. He's just this really nice, completely selfless guy and he tends to BELIEVE in people and to TRUST them. Sometimes it works against him, but with Robert I think it worked in his favor.

Their first meeting Peter just did what he always does, and well Robert was mean, but he's kind of used to people being mean. He considers it more a defense mechanism than anything else, and he's a hospice nurse, so he's used to taking abuse. THEN I AM NOT ENTIRELY SURE OF WHAT HAPPENED. Except Peter topped and Robert tsuntsuned and I should probably go reread those threads. THE POINT IS. Suddenly Robert is the person who knows the most about Peter in camp. He cares about Robert and considers him afraid and will totally protect him from everything forever.

I WILL NEVER LET YOU KILL RHODE. SRY.

Well, they just meet, but Capell sure likes Robert...and I need to add him to the stats page.

alternately/also -- headcanon on how kid manages to deal with the zombies day in and day out, seeing as they are probably always asymmetrical.

Yeah that one had me laughing for days, because. Okay. Robert is kind of an asshole. He was definitely a bit more of a dick in his thread with Edward in that first post, and his other threads tend to be more flippant, almost combative, things like that. With Capell, though ... he doesn't do that. Part of it is that he recognizes that he's actually quite sincere about everything! Which either annoys him (lolol Peter) or makes him pause. Capell was the latter. I think what reaaally cemented it in his mind was his remark on the whole "monster" bit and then going "p.s. I'm not human 8D" and seeing Capell's reaction to that ( ... )
