So the state of Florida is on a biweekly pay schedule. And every other week they send out an email:

Today is the close of the bi-weekly pay period for all Career Service, Selected Exempt Service (SES) and Senior Management Service (SMS) employees.  Please ensure that your timesheet has been submitted and approved no later than the close of business
