I am sick but I have lots of work all week. None that is an emergency.

I have 70 hours of sick leave, and every pay period I earn more sick leave.

I should really use some of my sick leave, but I am forcing myself to go into work. WHY??!!

a) Because you requested time off work last week and don't want them to think you are not a diligent worker
b) Because you want to infect other coworkers with your sick.
c) Because at home you will just end up getting bored and sitting around KNOWING that all your work is piling up and going to drive you insane when you get back.
d) All of the Above

Get better! And either call off or leave early this week sometime to get the much needed rest. I do the same thing (go when I shouldn't), but I'm sure they will understand.
