Mimmi is the only OC I have that expresses that trope... I think.

I'm not a big fandom person, but I always enjoy it when it shows up in characters in things I read/watch. I wish I saw more of it, actually.

TBH, I am also a big fan of the Mama Bear one. POINT OF FACT, I once upon a time had a character that went by that nickname.

Also obvious here, BUT I LOVE THE REDEMPTION QUEST.

I just...I'm always a sucker for critical character development, but when someone actually convincingly--convincingly being a keyword here--changes from a bad guy into a good guy?

RIGHTO. Add a little Mind Screw and I'll be all over that. I also love when it turns out that the JERK WITH A HEART OF GOLD (or the MAGNIFICENT BASTARD) will be the cutie in BREAK THE CUTIE instead of the first-glance cutie. And then we have a CROWNING MOMENT OF HEARTWARMING when the good guy takes care of the broken cutie.
