While I generally concur, the only thing Tsubasa/Holitsuba related that ever made me consider Syaoran and (Fai/Yuui) was a Youtube video someone made a long while back. It was just random funny parts and songs, none of it too exciting

While I have no problem doing all manner of terrible things to and with CLAMP's property, for some reason I find myself respecting their pairings. I can't quite embrace the idea of Syaoron and Yuui together simply because in my head they belong to Sakura and Kurogane. I almost feel like people pair them up largely due to the fact that they're both "extras" or "leftovers" thanks to Fai and Syaoran (or rather the absence of Tsubasa-chan).

I think that's exactly why >_< and I really hate "pair the extras" pairings.
