weather and SAD

So here, in Oregon, where I live, everyday there's at most like one hour of sun (we got really lucky this weekend when Naomi was here, it didn't rain!!!!). I gotta remember to make myself GO OUTSIDE during that one hour of sun or I will become depressed! It reminds me a LOT of Nova Scotia. Maritime weather.
