Brief Description: Sakuya just transferred in at the beginning of May and is still getting a hold of things. He's very straight laced (or as some might say, has a stick up his ass) and by-the-book and takes his schoolwork very seriously. Pretty boy, moderately athletic and straight A student except in science, he's attracted a few eyes his way despite his general intention to go unnoticed. He was recently living in Japan, but he's French in origin - but his English is only slightly accented by either.
He's kind of socially stunted though and tends to be a workaholic. The internet and its cultures are still all kind of new to him, as is... pretty much any aspect of youth culture. He can speak well and hold a conversation, but he definitely seems like he'd be more in place at some fancy mansion party than, well, hanging out with a bunch of teenagers.

Hahaha, Sakuya has likely been just as polite, though yeah, he wouldn't see it as his business to stick his nose into when other people come visit Tamaki. So it wouldn't be strange if they've met but haven't talked a whole lot...
Lol, that might be interesting actually... since a simple check would turn up how serves the Scarlet family, recently spent the early part of the semester being tutored in France at their residence - before that he was in Japan working at their Japanese residence and going to Japanese public school but there's no listed reason he dropped out and transferred to Reims other than personal reasons, and before that when he was ten was adopted by the Scarlet family in France from some orphanage.
Things about the fact that he transferred out of Japan after stabbing a kid will be hard to dig up. Things about getting lol picked up off the streets of France after killing somebody will be almost impossible since he didn't exist on paper before then and had a different name which is also not on paper in anyway that can be easily associated with his current household and life.

For now, just the surface stuff... and then maybe if he has reason to find out more about him (say, lol, whenever you guys get around to making a host club and somehow force Sakuya into it) could dig deeper and find out about the Japan thing. Kyouya's got like, mad info-finding skills, right? And probably has a family with more clout (especially in japan) than the Scarlets.
I can't think of really any reason anyone would be able to find out about what happened when he was taken in by the Scarlets though/his life before then though, other than maybe being able to find his orphanage documentation to be a bit phony.
LMAO these two would get along beautifully... Kneesocks also has a stick up her ass, and tends to have a businesslike air about school, tutoring... really anything she's serious about. Maybe they were partners in some sort of school project and liked each other's style? Maybe acquaintances?
They could definitely know each other from class? Sakuya doesn't go out of his way to socialize much outside of class though, so we could pick up from there and move on?
