2. 'Nueteki' is a Japanese word for something enigmatic, or 'Nue-like', a Nue being a really bizarre mythological creature which is what Nue (the character here) is in canon.
The 'alien' part comes from her in-game appearance, where she's associated heavily with UFOs (that turn out to be not-UFOs), and is referred to as an alien by at least one of the playable characters (even though she turns out to be... a not-alien).

2. It's kind of a really lame pun. His name is Socks, he loves sweets (and eats nothing that doesn't have sugar in it) and in canon he attacks by turning his socks into katanas (or stockings, since he's a genderbend). It's also, of course, the phrase "sweet socks", because he is truly the deity of fashionable feet/legs. :I He's also got a pretty sweet/nice personality, so that fits in, too.

3. I probably wouldn't use it because I already have to rack my brains to think of a good username. Plus, it'd be funny to see a male!Panty match with like... hot_boxers or something. Pffft.
