(For the record, out of habit, I will be spelling her name Meiling pretty much every single time it comes up, even though on official records it's spelled as per above. OTL)

Seeing as she's the Fun Police, she is likely very familiar with Mokou as well, given she's a delinquent. Though Mokou probably helps them catch worse offenders all the time, given Mokou's natural inclination towards helping others.
