THE HISTORY-MAKING MEME
So your character has been attending Reims for a while now, but the game just started! It doesn't really make sense for them to be meeting everyone for the first time. Surely they would have seen these people in class, know the teachers by name?

Of course they would. And that's what we're here to figure out.➥1. Post a ( Read more... )

There is more chalk flung in her classroom than there is chalk actually used on the blackboard. The secretary in charge of ordering supplies *hates* this.

Also, she will deny a certain rumor being spread by a certain high-schooler that she has an inappropriate relationship with a certain other student. Deny, deny, deny, she says.

Weiss | Nier thelameboy April 26 2011, 05:37:24 UTC
Weiss is a big football (soccer) player - good enough that he's played on the England national youth team for the past couple of years. If you're (really) into football, you might recognize him? He's been on the Reims team for as long as he's been here, so there's always that - teammates, random supporters, anything's good!

He's a senior and is doing his project on mumblesomething about historymumble so he's been hanging around the library a lot recently.

He's a pretty grumpy guy, but he's a decent soul underneath it all! It just takes time to get to know him, so I'd be happy to have a few people that he isn't immediately tsun towards. He knows how to be good, I promise!

...He may also be known for being kinda a jerk to Kainé. Though once again, I promise that he's better than he seems.

Also, you might notice his PB is Hitsugaya. There's a Hitsugaya apping, and yes, the two look a lot alike. Feel free to mistake one for the other!

Yay, more football players! \o/ When did he transfer in?

thelameboy April 26 2011, 05:58:08 UTC
He's been here for all high school grades, so two years ago! He's always up for football friends, especially when they don't call it soccer! Well, really only then, but who's counting?

I might just call it soccer out of habit, but Meiling would never do that!

(It'll always be fußball to me. :P )

Then awesome, I don't know how the teams would be laid out, but maybe they've played with one another - or at least practiced - some?

Hiccup | How to Train Your Dragon growingupviking April 26 2011, 05:46:18 UTC
Hiccup is 15 and when he first arrived he was kind of overwhelmed by OMG TECHNOLOGY since he comes from an island that's pretty much devoid of such things, and even though he tried to familiarize himself with it there's only so much he could get his hands on. So when he first got to Reims he was probably asking about every other thing.

HOWEVER once he got used to everything his real gift for engineering and math and science in general really showed itself, and he may very well be known as "that kid who builds weird stuff."

He's friendly but growing up in a small village where everyone thinks you're useless and a disappointing failure to tradition tends to make you rather self-conscious. When things go wrong, Hiccup is quick to blame himself, even if he's only partly to blame, and he's also quick to recognize his failures more than his successes. He's also a little astonished that anyone wants to be his friend. Seriously. Who wants to hang out with him?AS FOR CLUBS he's probably on the math team and in science club? Stuff like that. ( ... )

Helloooo math team kid! Even if he's not running it, it would surprise me a lot if Galvatron wasn't involved with it somehow.

OH AND P.S. Because Berk is a tiny little backwards place he had a lot of catching up to do, which meant he was a library mole. That is my new term for it. But he got the hang of things relatively quickly and is now really excelling at math/science like I said, even if he still has trouble in the literature/history/writing departments.

He's still something of a library mole.

Koharu has been here a single semester, this will be her second semester. She is a second year in high school!

*art/fashion scholarship! So art classes and sewing classes? She at least sketches dresses and things in the corner of her notes all the time.

*shy and was a bit skittish upon arrival, especially around guys, but I'm sure she made at least a few friends!

*Very Japanese and has reluctantly tutored Japanese with a few people!

*She studies in the library but likes to sit on the grounds and draw out there so you probably saw her at least once.

Gosh I am so horrible at these things...

Marisa Kirisame | Touhou Project a_digital_witch April 26 2011, 05:47:03 UTC
Marisa is a second year high school student that's been at Reims since first year high school. She's naturally charismatic, charming and short. Very short. Barely over five feet tall short which sucks when you're 16.

Marisa 'net handle is the Digital Witch. What this means is that she has her fingers in just about anything and is well-known amongst the student body as the person you go to when you need something done on a computer. She's an ace hacker and will change grades, hit people with pornadoes, get another student's schedule, change the cafeteria menu, etc... for a price. Granted, she doesn't accept money (since she's the heir of the Kirisame Software computer mogul), but she'll take other things as payment. Candy tends to be a favorite as are cigarettes/pot/shrooms, but she's really flexible ( ... )

Poking for permission on Aya having hired Marisa to do some computer stuff and having a fairly decent business relationship.

Do crows fly?

By the way, Aya knows Marisa has a fondness for daifuku, specifically strawberry and red bean flavors, due to their past business transactions and sometimes laments over how French confections do not compare.

Also, Aya probably knows that Marisa really, really doesn't like being cornered and has some personal space issues with people she's not familiar with. Use this against her and she swears she will ruin Aya's senior project~

Good business says that last bit won't ever happen.

On the other hand, thanks to Marisa, Aya keeps her netbook with all her newspaper work and information physically disconnected from the internets.
