Open your base, crop, shapen.



Duplicte base, drag to the top, set to screen.
And duplicate screen layer again&again until your base get enough brightness.
Mine has 2 screen layer.



Create new adjustment layer - Hue/Saturation.
Master:0,+20,0



Create new adjustment layer - Selective Color.
Reds:-44,0,+13,0
Yellows:+100,0,-100,0
Neutrals:+30,-22,-23,0



Create another new adjustment layer - Selective Color.
Reds:-57,0,+100,0
Yellows:0,-100,0,0
Cyans:+100,0,-51,0
Neutrals:-10,-14,-10,0
Finish.
