the end of the semester is nearing and i am way behind on schoolwork. i have no idea how i am not panicking- and i'm still going out fairly often

i am not dieting persay- i am no longer eating large portions of crap. no more fast food- and if i do eat fast food then its a smaller amount. i eat alot slower- and when i'm at home i try to eat standing up (it sounds weird but try it- you'll always eat less standing up
