Melee weapons are not good main weapons. I'm tired of people running off on their own triggering endless horde events with them.

They must suck. :(

For me: melee weapons for horde control, primary weapon for special control. Except it requires a lot more experience and patience to stomp horde down in expert/realism without taking damage. Pretty trivial in versus.

I love watching someone pull out a melee weapon to take a horde and then get dropped from failing lol.
