My first tutorial! I hope you enjoy it.

1 - Crop and resize your image.



2 - Duplicate your base twice and set the first to Screen 100% and the second to Soft light 100%.



3 - Add a new layer, fill it with #030521 and set it to Exclusion 100%.



4 - Add another layer, fill it with #fbd7d2 and set it to Multiply 100%.



5 - New adjustment layer >> Selective Color:

Reds:
Cyan -100
Magenta +100
Yellow -4
Black +100

Yellows:
Magenta +27
Yellow +100

Cyans:
Cyan +100
Yellow -100
Black -100

Neutrals:
Cyan +100
Magenta +32
Yellow -14
Black -9



6 - Now duplicate your base once again, desaturate it and set it to Soft light 100%. Drag this layer to the top.



7 - New adjustment layer >> Channel Mixer

Red
Red: +170
Green: -90
Blue: 0

Green
Red: 0
Green: +100
Blue: 0

Blue
Red: -60
Green: +60
Blue: +90



8 - Merge all visible layers (shift+ctrl+E)

9 - Now I used the Blur tool at the bottom of the image, to focus the attention on the hair. You can skip this passage, it depends on your image.

10 - Add this texture
and set it to Multiply 100%.



11 - Add this texture
and set it to Screen 100%, then add this one
and set it to Lighten 100%.
