So, I've been watching Game of Thrones ( I'm in the middle of season 1, so no spoilers please) and I realized that Viserys Targaryen reminded me of someone. He's blond, pointy, whiny, full of himself and thinks his family is the most powerful in the world (or should be, anyway).

Viserys Targaryen = Draco Malfoy, y/y?

Personally, I always saw the similarities between Prince Joffrey & Draco (JUST WAIT UNTIL I TELL MY MOTHER). But Viserys is definitely a close second. :)

You're right, Draco and Prince Joffrey are similar, but after all these years in the H/D fandom I can only think of Draco as an adult, not a boy :P
