I'd be really selfish not to share this. the damage today is $14.19 which isn't too bad. if I am to reason it, it is actually excellent as it is a martin amis and recommended by a fellow david mitchell fan! I cannot ask for more. that said, please don't blame me if you need new shelves like I sorely do.

problem is, borders here always run out of the books I really want to get. or they only stock one crummy tattered copy. bah.

Shucks.  I'll have to give them a call tomorrow to see if they have what I want, because Page One actually reserved the last copy of each for me till the end of next week so if I can't get them at Borders this week, I'd better get them from Page One!

What did you get?  I'm targeting Pablo Neruda's 100 Love Sonnets and Gabriel García Márquez's Love In The Time Of Cholera.
