1) Last Remnant is rad as hell (if flawed), I'm glad you picked it up! Did you get the X-Box 360 version or the PC version?

2) If you don't mind adding a little extra time to your road trip, I highly recommend taking highway 101 North through California from L.A. to San Francisco instead of I-5. I-5 is long, boring, ugly, hot as hell, and smells like cow poo.

1) 360, I KNOW I KNOW PC IS BETTER but my computer can't handle the PC version. There are some glitches, yeah, but I think the concepts are pretty solid. I'm in love with the battle system!

2) I... I DON'T KNOW, POTENTIALLY. Because this is a loooong trip to be taking on my own and I am willing to put up with boring ugly hot and cow poo if it means shaving off a few hours.

WHAT ZIDANE SAYS IS TRUE. 101 from SF up through Oregon to Seattle is a lot prettier than 5 too. (Redwood forests and pretty cliffs rather than long empty stretches of farmland and mountains!) ...However even just driving from Seattle down to Berkeley I greatly regretted the extra hours of driving. 101 is frustratingly windy and slow. :x

Yeeeah windy and slow is maybe not so good with a car packed down and all that. ;_; I'LL SEE THE PRETTY SOME OTHER TIME. I appreciate all the advice though♥ I'm sure to be able to use it in the future.
