Yay!!!!!!!! My own Furby!!!
When I was a kid I alway wanted a Furby! Thay were so cute and soft!
And now I won one in a magazine contest!
Ain't it cute? Although mine is the other model. A green one with violet belly (why aren't there any pictures of it?) and the mane is so cool! It's pink and violet!
I love it! And it talks and dances and even sings!
And what's best: it costs 60 Euros *shock!* and I got it for free!
My mother thought I was crazy talking to a plush.
Mom: "What are you doing?"
Me: "Talking to my Furby."
Mom: "OMG! You bought a plushie? You're already 21! When are you going to grow up?!"
Me: "I won it! And buying toys doesn't mean you're not grown up! Look at my cousin! He's 27, has a child and still buys toys for himself!"
Mom: "But you already bought those pirate figures last month! They are all over your room!"
Me: "Oi! They are positioned in a movie-like pose!"
Mom: "At least put the ones with the palm trees (Jack and Liz) one on each corner of the desk."
Me: "NOOOO!! They have to be together!!"
Mom: "But you have another Jack!"
Me: "But that one is facing Davy Jones!"
Mom: "*sighs* At least stop talking to the plush. It can't understand you anyway."
Me: "Yes it does. Look! Furby! Are you hungry?"
Furby: "Yes! Huuungryy!!"
*mother is in shock*
Me: "Furby! I love you!"
Furby: *starts moving* "Yay! Furby happy you love!"
Mom: *showes me aside* "Let me try too!"
Yes mom, I know you love my toys even though you say you don't...
I caught her a several times admiring my pretty Pirates figures! XD
Mom: "Why is Elizabeth always facing Jack?"
Me: "Never noticed that..." *looks innocent*
Mom: "Isn't Will her fiance?"
Me: *starts whistling*
My poor momma is like a kid... She's probably a Willabether. Sad.
